Privacy Policy

This is the human-readable summary. For the legally binding text, see the full sections below.
1. Who we are
NYMEER ("we", "our", "us") is operated by the Bheekun Brothers and is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach our privacy team at privacy@nymeer.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect personal information in two ways:
- Information you provide — when you submit our contact form (name, email, message body) and any reply correspondence.
- Information collected automatically — basic server logs (IP address, user-agent, request URL, referrer) kept by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention, and privacy-friendly analytics described below.
-
Information stored locally — your theme preference
(light/dark) and your cookie-consent choice are stored in your
browser's
localStorage. These never leave your device.
3. Cookies and analytics
We do not set any cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. If you accept the analytics prompt that appears on your first visit, we load Plausible Analytics, which is cookie-less and does not collect personal data. If you decline, no analytics script runs.
Your choice is stored in localStorage as
cookieConsent=accepted or
cookieConsent=declined. Clear your browser storage to
reset.
4. How we use your information
We use personal information only for the following purposes and on the legal bases shown:
- To respond to your message (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps). We keep contact-form submissions for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest). Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.
- To understand anonymous usage patterns (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent, given via the cookie banner). Plausible collects no personal data; see their data policy.
- To comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Third-party processors
To run this site we rely on the following processors, each acting under a data-processing agreement:
- Vercel Inc. — hosting, CDN, and edge caching (United States). Privacy policy.
- Formspree — receives contact-form submissions and forwards them to us (United States). Privacy policy.
- Plausible Insights — privacy-friendly analytics (EU-hosted). Only loaded after you accept the cookie banner.
- Google Fonts — serves web font files. Your IP address is shared with Google for the duration of the font request. You can self-host fonts to avoid this.
For transfers from the EEA/UK to the United States, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) in our processor agreements.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Object to or restrict our processing
- Request a portable copy of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@nymeer.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity to protect against fraudulent requests.
7. Children
Our website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact privacy@nymeer.com and we will delete it.
8. Data security
We protect personal information with industry-standard measures including TLS in transit, role-based access controls, and minimum-necessary retention. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; if a breach affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for at least 30 days before they take effect.
10. Contact
For any privacy question, contact us at privacy@nymeer.com. EU residents may also contact their local supervisory authority; a list is available at edpb.europa.eu.
